An Elopement to Remember |McKinleyville, Ca

About a week ago I was able to document a love that is so sweet. I met Kyle and Jessica through a dear friend who is also the talented florist who did the florals for them and it was a perfect match. I believe that a couple truly needs to connect with their photographer for their wedding day. Kyle and Jessica may not have had the wedding that they originally had planned but I believe all of the sweet moments and love that they displayed to each other and the people who made it happen made it all worth while. They can look back on their day and truly love the moments that they got to share with their closest friends and family members.

All of this couldn’t be possible without the help of the amazing vendors. Be sure to check them out at the bottom of this post!

As always…

Weren’t those just the prettiest little details?
I totally have a thing for black and white getting ready shots. There’s something so classic about them!

The couple had a super sweet ceremony and then we made some magic with their bride and groom portraits! My favorite part of the day!

They surprised me not with just one but TWO…
Classic cars from 1929!
Such a gorgeous bride!
For a moment I wasn’t sure if I was photographing a wedding or an editorial for a magazine!
Our groom looked super dashing in his attire… the car adds to the class, don’t you think?
One last epic black and white photo with the car before we move on to some beautiful forest shots!
Don’t these two just compliment each other so well?
This private property also has an awesome pond. So many places for photo opportunities!

All of this couldn’t be done without the help of the amazing vendors:
